I agree, it is bad. As I said in my first post, I had not looked at it, I
now have. If one uses as standard prefix followed by the RIN using the
Options>Customise>Other option then a lowercase can be entered. However if
one goes to the Individual Screen and touch nothing, but SAVE then it is
converted to uppercase.

I was actually drawing a comparison, obviously a bad one as it turned out.
Nevertheless for someone not to have updated to 7.4 and still be living with
the bugs prior to 7.4 is not a good idea. I can see that the User ID problem
can be serious and hopefully Legacy will correct this ASAP. It is a great
pity as some major report bugs have been fixed in this update.

Has anybody submitted a bug report?
