Dede,

Basically what you are saying is that you have too many entries for each
cemetery, even though you have the name of the cemetery, it's address, and
lat/long. (depending on what options you selected). I cannot see that it
matters if their is a name of an individual, Is that correct?

If you have Access, then Dennis has given you an SQL script to get what you
want, if you are able to run that, it is the best way to do it.

Otherwise I will need to have a think - when I've eaten!
