Hmmmm...

I do not work for Legacy so I can't tell you how it is supposed to work.
But what you describe seems odd.

All I can recommend is that you make sure you export the GEDCOM in the
format TNG requires ... probably GEDCOM 5.5. A TNG expert would have to
answer your question.
