Hello to the group. For what it's worth, "of" in LDS databases means that person was at that place at one point in time. I would not make any assumptions about how long, or at what age.
It usually indicates a patron-submitted record. Extracted records, the other major type, always indicate the source. To me, an "of" place is a sometimes-useful clue to the actual place.
