At a rough estimate I have 300 SW Sources and over 100 still to convert, but I have no trouble finding what I want and avoiding duplication because of the way I name each source, prefacing the name with the type of Source. So I have Birth Certificate - Cheshire, Birth Certificate - GRO, Birth Certificate - New York and so on, or Newspaper - The Times, Newspaper - Daily Telegraph etc. Incidentally, I distinguish between Newspaper - (for when I have an actual clipping), Newspaper Archives - (for archived copies of newspapers) and Newspaper Transcripts (for transcribed articles.)
