Sheri, Let us assume that it is; what would you wish to do with them, for example include them in web pages or perhaps as a section in a report or book? My point is that this may affect any answers which we may give. I keep my General Notes free for recording biographies of an individual or family, but these are not suitable for publishing as such, so I never include my General Notes in my web pages or reports. If I wish to, then I write the stories separately, based on the notes, and code a web page for them or insert them into a report using a word processor. In my view, it is not a practical proposition to do this in Legacy, indeed the program is not designed for this purpose. Consequently, doing so would only produce a fudge, rather than a reasonably constructed history, or whatever. I suggest that you settle on a dedicated way of storing the information where the information can easily be found and extracted, such as I have done, and then write the story as a separate excercise.
