Christine is not talking about the Source List Name, but a specific field (Item Type) in the Detail of this template. I thought I sent the following post yesterday, but as it is not in the archves, I'll send again:

I can partially confirm this, in that the Item Type field appears only in the Subsequent Citation, not in the full Footnote/Endnote Citation. And yes, IMO it would seem to be a bug. As a workaround, I would move the information into another field that does print.
