Kenneth, My apologies, clearly you mean the Descendant Report, too early for my brain to be in gear!
Mine works fine, before we go through all the settings and possibilities, have you tried using the Reset Button on the bottom right of the screen. If so what are your picture settings in the Report Options? First you could also try a Check/Repair, if Reset didn't work.
