So many times people send us attachments that really don't help with the issue at hand or we don't need to solve the error.
It's best just to contact us and let us know about a problem or suggestion and then we can let you know if we need something from you. Also... our ticketing system strips out graphics and formatting - so please no inline graphics nor formatted text. Just top-post your response to us and send attachments if we need a screen shot. We have no control over what the ticketing system will allow. Thanks for using Legacy. Many websites offer this capability. -- Dennis Kowallek (LTools) http://zippersoftware.com/ltools http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ltools Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
