I used the beta test Italian for awhile, and the way I did it was to install that version on a separate computer. Then, I exported a gedcom from my main (English) version, and imported it to the Italian-enabled Legacy on computer #2. I was able to print the family group sheets, etc. that I wanted with all the Italian terminology. I never tried to do a book-style report.
