Mike, Not that I know of. You appear to have had a bad installation and, as is true for all programs. The file size is over 7MB so is too big for email. Whilst I could put it on the web for you, it may not cure all your problems because at present one cannot tell what other files, if any, have also not been downloaded, or are corrupt.
I am not suggesting that you didn't follow the procedure when downloading/installing programs but all other programs should be closed and one must not interrupt the installation, even if it seems to stall - it won't have, it will be installing a big file. You may also need to check that your Firewall is set to allow the download/installation.
