In the DETAIL section, when citing a source, is there any way to print the
source detail and/or comments if you DON'T check the boxes "Add this Text to
the Source Citation on Reports" or "Add these Comments to the Source
Citation on Reports"? And further, if you DO check these boxes, can you
somehow keep them from printing on a report or do you not have a choice
about this? I have some relatives who would like the detail and others who
just prefer the shortened version. The only way I can think of at the
moment is to not list any sources at all if I don't want the comment details
printed. Something like an all or nothing choice or am I missing something?
Please forgive me if this is an obvious question. I have searched through
the manual but can't find this specific information. I'm probably staring
right at it and missing it.

Sincerely,
P. Smith
