Ron, Yes, one should always test with the current version, and your reminder might have prompted me to check my version. Still, I'm surprised that such a serious bug had crept in to Legacy and then been fixed recently in a minor release.
As for HTML, my Window Mail client is set up, when replying, to use whichever format is used in the original mail. (Thus, in theory, I only have to remember to do something if I originate a new thread.) I failed to notice that your e-mail was in HTML, and Dave's e-mail earlier. That's interesting that My Heritage is also somehow hiding the source details even when they are present in the GEDCOM.
