Yes Ron, I have removed the someone from the problem individual marriage, and 
yes I've looked at your screen shot - mine already looked like that except I 
have retained someone in the second option (where spouse is unknown).  As for 
the suggestions and cautions to my knowledge I did not enter this particular 
marriage in any out of order sequence.  Time to put the issue to bed I think, 
as I don't think I will ever determine how the someone got there in the first 
place.  At least I know how to remove it if it happens in future.

Is is that "someone" which is causing the trouble just delete it. Have you
lookeed at the screenshot I have put on the web? And also read again the
