Very interesting, although I note that it is still in the development stage
and cannot, as yet, read a GEDCOM.

I see its main potential not as an integral part of a program such as
Legacy, where I think its usage would be minimal, but more as the basis of a
stand alone java program which could generate files for  incorporation into
a webpage. It is possible to do this at present with a linear chart, but the
fan-tail would be more attractive. Currently on the linear chart the
starting point can be changed so that one can look at any section of the
tree.
