Do you have Deluxe or Standard. I have had Deluxe for so long I forget what isn't in standard, so if I mention something in Deluxe only, it may help decide to get it. The part I am discussing is the INDEX, which since the TAB it is on is past chronology, I guess it is a deluxe tool. What Index does is you can set up a screen report similar to an Excel one. I currently have mine set up as follows. Column names RIN, Full Name, Sex, Birth Date, Birth Place, Death Date, Death Place. In the past, I had also six columns for the first, second and third marriages and the dates of them. From the way you ask either you have Standard or haven't explored Deluxe. Rich in LA CA
