[LegacyUG] Problem after downloading Legacy to Netbook

Hello
I am holidaying in US and have downloaded Legacy 7 (latest update) to a new Netbook.  When installing I selected English (Australian) and finished the install.  On opening I have the German version. I tried uninstalling and received the following message "Could not open Install.log file" .

I would appreciate assistance in resolving this problem.  I have Legacy Deluxe at home on my Desktop.
