Mike,

If you really do mean Descendant Report then on the Report Options screen
there is a button "Reset" on the bottom right, I suggest that you use it, as
the cause of death should not be greyed out.

I suspect, however, that you may be looking at the Descendant Chart, in
which case it is not available. The Chart is intended only for basic
information and does not, therefore, include a great deal of detail.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Inclusion of "Cause of Death" on reports

Good Morning,
I am trying to produce a chart or list of my direct ancestors, where the
“Cause of death” in included, or highlighted. This information is normally
included under Medical Notes for the individual.
If I go into the descendants report option, and starting from my earliest
known ancestor, I notice under options that there is a button to include
“Cause of death”, but it is not available in that report option.
Can anyone tell me if there is a way in which I can produce a report which
concentrates on highlighting the cause of death?

Many thanks,

Mike Bridgeford
