I have the opposite problem. If I select any Report and preview it, having selected to show Sources, the Sources are present. If I then try and run the same report by making it a chapter in a Book using Publishing Centre the Sources do not show. If I go to "Edit Settings for Current Chapter" and then to the Sources tab in "Report Options" I cannot select to Show Sources because the options are all greyed out. What gives? (Just the same if I select multiple "chapters" for the book.
