I used to use only one copy of a photo to attach to people because that program duplicated the photo, instead of in Legacy, which duplicates the directory address, which is much smaller size to save. There is no functional reason to have multiple copies of photos/documents, just aesthetic ones. I do it frequently. Rich in LA CA
