Boy, are you a workaholic! The only workaround I can think of is just don't do what you're doing. If you add information to the pictures using IPTC the info is there and you don't have to type it twice. Now, Legacy is not too IPTC-friendly at the moment. It will automatically import the IPTC caption into their Description field so that's something. When you go to link a picture Legacy will ask you if you want to import the attached info. I don't think there's a way to link Source Detail pics through the Picture Center. ..... JL http://www.jgen.ws/jlog
