I was using the Picture Center to remove attached pictures and found that the change did not 'stick'. The picture was removed from the display of attached pictures (box in the lower centre), but when I selected another individual and then went back to the first individual the picture was back. Same when I closed the Picture Center and closed Legacy. The links to the pictures were still there.
I do not have the same problem using the Picture Gallery, but the Picture Center would use fewer clicks.
