It really is up to you. I would suggest that however you do it, be
consistent. If you ever print a book, the readers will appreciate
consistency.

That said, in my case, I have "annulment" in my Master Marriage Status
List. If you don't have it, you can add this. This will give you the
freedom to phrase the sentence in anyway you prefer.
