Nevermind; misunderstood your question but this has been discussed
recently so I'll repeat what I recall. I was the one who asked the
question a few weeks ago :-)

When you backup your Legacy file, back it up to the Dropbox.  The next
time you open your file, open it from your dropbox.  You'll have to do
that with both computers.  Then each time you open your file, it will
automatically go to dropbox to open it up.  If you use multiple files,
you will need to remember to always open it from the dropbox.
