Kathy, The reason that you don't see folks complaining about HTML on other groups is because the other groups handle HTML in one of two ways. The Roots.com group servers will attempt to strip out the htnl coding before the message is allowed through their servers. Usually they are successful. Occasionally, the message is garbage once the HTML has been stripped. Other groups who don't have the ability to strip HTML, just block/bounce the message at the server level.
Legacy claims that the service they use can do neither. Many of us are hoping that Legacy will find a new/capable hosting service when their contract is up with their current service.
