You must put Legacy in the c:\Legacy folder on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 computer. Those versions of Windows don't allow files to be saved to the program folders in c:\Program Files and anything you try to save there is redirected by Windows to Virtual Store for security purposes.
You can save the files outside the Legacy folder, but you could still run into problems with Legacy installed to the Program Files folder. We strongly suggest that you install it to the default c:\Legacy folder to avoid future problems.
