Brian & Kathy,

I think I must have expressed myself rather badly, I did not intend to imply
that one could add pages from OOo to Legacy, rather that by saving as an RTF
file one can open them in OOo Writer and edit them from there. I mentioned
Legacy's Publishing Centre, this allows for one, or more, blank pages to be
inserted in your book so that content can by typed/pasted on to these from
within a word processor.

Having said that, I see no reason why an OOo file cannot be attached to the
Multimedia Files using the File button provided, but note that they will
only open in OOo, rather like PDF works. I haven't tried this btw.

Details as to how to edit Publication Centre Files, insert pictures, use
Contents and Index, with OOo Writer is given in a Tutorial on my website at
http://www.fergys.co.uk/Blogs/AncBk.php. I recently updated this to comply
with the current version of Writer.
