Hi Ron, Is it ok to have a birth, marriage or death certificate with a .jpg extension?

There are usually one of three reasons for this a) It is not where Charting thinks it is b) it is not what Charting thinks it is eg a BMD image with a JPG extension or c) the image is corrupt. You do not say whether you have checked, as I suggested.
