I have cc'd David direct as well. David, check your spam filter and spam /junk folder. You may be dumping the Legacy messages your self. Others using gmail are receiving Legacy mail so it probably isn't gmail blocking them and once it leaves the Legacy mail list server that server can't affect it so the first place to check is on your end.
