It was actually a microfilm, not a fiche page. The film number is MF1R9/1. There is nothing on the actual image to identify it, at least not on the top half, which is what I have here. I don't recall any ident on the bottom half or I would have recorded it. ...I'm not receiving messages.... Maybe you could paste this into the thread for me.
