Ron The new keys just make it easier to get special characters on the find line, so the tab button puts in the small double bracket / chevron characters around a tab which you used to have to do manually but it won't find them in notes general, medical or research haven't tried other notes.
I now realise that emails I see sent with special characters like the chevrons don't appear when they come back to me so have tried character descriptions Have tried Gene's suggestion of copying & pasting a tab in . When pasted it appears as a small square box not spaces but doesn't find tabs.
