Jenny, I could hear Geoff as clear as if we were in the same room. I could not hear Joe other than very faintly the first 2-3 words of a sentence, the rest of the sentence trailed off and no matter what I did I could not understand what he was saying, it was more of a mumble. It was so frustrating as I really really wanted to learn about indexing. Ann
