yes, please could someone give us a little step by step if you don't mind? I've used Firefox before but when you need to print something, the format gets all messed up and I've followed the instructions for fixing that problem (it's a known issue) but I can't consistently get it to work right; it's not worth the time it takes to keep switching from one web browser to the other so I went back to IE (sigh!) But I'd sure be willing to use Firefox to get those webinars downloaded and saved if someone could step us through it. Thanks! Kathy
