Thats the problem. The Email adress is hacked. So a reply goes to the
hacker, who now controls that adress. If someone offers to help, he/she gets
false information where/how to sent money.

Yes! It is a symptom of an email account that has been hacked. But, how can
it
be the scam that it purports to be? If you were to reply it wouldn't go to a
website where details off of your machine would be filched. It appears to go
back to poor old Hugh Busey - who is a member of this list - and whose
account
it is that has been hacked, or back to the list. Hardly the danger that your
shouting seems to imply :-)
