There are a few ways. One of the slower, but easy to remember, is. Tag everyone using a clean number. Go to: Individual Next: Birthplace (?). choose How to:equals put any vowel. You can use 'or' and get three at once (a,e,i). remove 'x' from all found. Once all the ones are uncheck, doa search on that tag number again. Use other letters (o,u,y). For dates use numbers.
