Jean, If I understand your enquiry correctly, I think that you may be able to achieve your search using Search>Find>Detail Search.
In the first row select "Source-Master Source" in the 'Where to look' box, then select "AND" for the second condition and use "Source Citation" in the 'Where to look' box. In the 'What to look for' box insert a phrase common to all instances the search you wish to make. (I have other individuals citing that same source, but with different source details.) I can't figure out how to do this.
