I had the same problem, but since clicking on the link that comes with the welcome email message did not work, I copied and pasted the link to my browser. That worked! There seems to be a glitch in there somewhere, at least part of the time, since so many persons have reported the problem. But I believe the copy and paste to your browser will work without having to contact support. At least it might be worth a try. --Jerry in Michigan
