Are you saying that you removed your entire Legacy program into Dropbox? You can't do that! Well, you can, as you have discovered apparently, but as you have also discovered things won't work any more. When you INSTALL a program on your computer the computer usually makes entries in a special file called the Registry and this is how it knows where everything is. If you want to put the program somewhere else you need to UNINSTALL it and then INSTALL it again in the new place. You might be able to install programs in Dropbox but I doubt it and don't think it's a good idea even if you can. If you want to keep your data files in Dropbox that's fine and dandy. I suggest you put all the program files back where they came from but if you still have problems you will need to re-install. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
