I have many names with two names in the first name field, only, with none in 
the middle name. Do it the way you like. I also have multiple names in both the 
middle and surnames fields. If the way aperson was called includes two first 
names, put both in the first name. Example: Pope John Paul. He was never called 
John, nor Paul, alone, no matter what language.
