Hi, I am trying to install the GEO-database under Legacy 7.4 that I downloaded and installed this week. On a Windows-XP machine no problem, including compressing at the end.
But on my other PC that runs W7 it is another story. I can download and import without any problem, but after importing all the databases the compress does not work. After about half a minute I get an error message. The text is something like (I translated it from my native language UI so there may be some small differences): Error when compressing Geo-location database. Error 58: File already exists Do you want to re-try? Deleting all the files in the Geo directory and trying again gave the same situation. There is a small difference in installation between the machines, but I am waiting first for your feedback before I do a complete new installation. On my W7 machine I installed into C:\Program Files\Legacy7 and on my W-XP machine (the one that gave no problems) in C:\Program Files\Legacy (without the "7" at the end of the path). Could changing the default paths when installing be a problem? Would it be an option to copy the GEO directory from my W-XP machine to my W7 machine?
