I’m lost. I want to create a descendant report with narrative as an rtf. In the descendant narrative window I click PREVIEW, and can see the report. Since I’ve gone through these steps a few times, after I select Rich text file, and click on CREATE, the Create RTF window opens to my pre-selected folder (Program Files/Legacy/Data/2010). There I see the three previously “created” files with the same file name except for the sequential number I added.
When asked if I wish to see the file in my word processor, and I check Yes, I’m told the file doesn’t exist, which is verified by Windows Explorer even though it continues to be seen in the Legacy “Create rtf” window. The same problem occurs when I try to create a PDF or text file. Where am I erring?
