I have been contacted about 1~ months ago by World Vital Records. You mentioning it now, I don't remember if they mentioned Legacy or not. He did have some package to sell. Again, I don't remember him mentioning Legacy or not, nor the package. He was a newbie and was trying to be very forceful. As usual, I just hung up !
