Yvonne, Legacy is an Access Database and in common with all such databases it will not allow the same database to be changed from two sources at the same time. In fact to attempt to do so is highly likely to seriously corrupt your files.
Technically it can be done. I have two monitor screens. Is it possible to run two instances of Legacy, one showing my file and another person's file on the second screen (I'm not happy with the split screen as they both appear on one screen).
