After noticing the RTF option that was right there in front of me all
along, I have generated an RTF report. I am seeing some odd stuff in
there:

On some, not all, of the superscript source citations throughout the
report I see something, maybe a formatting code a \up5 <citation
nubmers here> \up0. For example it might read something like 'He was
a farmer in Morgan County, Alabama, USA\up51,2,3,4\up0'

What is the deal with the \up5 and \up0 stuff? Also, the \up5 is in
the normal font, while the \up0 is in superscript at the end of the
number list.

The other thing is that at the end of the report there's a message
about using my word processor to generate a names index, and replace
the three lines of instruction when I've done so. Right after those
three lines, I get what looks to be 7, pulled at random, source
citations listed again as 1 through 7. They do seem to be duplicates
of the 154 citations I have, and which the RTF option said must be
done as endnotes, which is what I had my options set to anyway.

What's even more odd to me, is that a couple of these citations say
something like 3. Ibid. That makes it look like it's trying to add
notes per page, right? You should see an Ibid in a single listing at
the end of a report, right?

What to do?
