Jane, You do not say which report(s)...but basically when you choose a report, at the bottom of the first "page", there is "Report Options"...look at the tab for "format" and play with those options... There is one option on some reports to "lump" all events together...and that is probably what is checked. If you say which report(s) you are interested in, I could go into more details.
