Hi Dennis, Thank you for your quick reply and thank you for the tip to post in plain text - I will do that in future. I will open the fdb file in Access and browse to see if I can find where this information is stored - will update this thread if I find a solution.

I found it in the archives by accident. *** I do not think you can do this in any of the existing Legacy reports.
