If you too the defaults when installing, you probably should have a specific
folder with all your Legacy data.  I would just copy all of that onto a
thumb drive (or burn to a CD or whatever) and move it to the new computer.

If for some reason that isn't possible, use the Legacy backup/restore and
make sure you include all your multimedia files.
