Picture Center only links and locates pictures linked to the individual and his or her events, not sources, locations, etc.
It also works only for pictures and not sound, video or document files. It *will* show documents - census scans, etc - if they are saved in a graphic format. To find a full list of all pictures, sounds, videos and documents linked anywhere in Legacy, go to View > Scrapbook and Select Print Multimedia List.
