To the Legacy Group I have been making good progress with synchronizing some of my family members but have now hit a wall
William Henry Rogers (KPH2-KM9) All went well with the synchronizing of his wife, Angelina Maud Tripcony but when I was waiting for his information to appear on the screen the following message appeared. Access violation at address 00614A25 in module 'Legacy F5.exe Read address 00000008 I have no idea what all of this means. I went into the newFS program to check his information and all is as it should be as he has already been checked for "possible duplicates" and his temple work has been completed. I tried to do the whole process twice again but came up with the same message. I also tried to skip him and move on to the next person but the program would not allow me to do so. Help needed.
