I have just joined this listserv. I am trying to figure out how to do a mass change to my database. Specifically, I had abbreviated the names of US States, but have since decided I want them spelled out. When I go into Locations and choose Options, Expand/Contract Location Parts, and then select the last box under Action to Take, and the first boxes under Records to Change and Parts to Work on, and then click Continue, nothing changes. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks, Denise
